Our stay at Pier 48 was superb! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely bathroom. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. Although the beds were a bit small for sharing, the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The hotel is located by the harbor area that offers many options for food and convenience stores. the modern and clean lobby adds to a great first impression of the hotel. the rooms are spacious and equipped with nicely designed bathrooms. the friendly staff goes the extra mile to make guests comfortable. A simple breakfast box included in the stay is a great plus.

We had an amazing stay with great staff who were very accommodating. The huge and quiet room was perfect, especially the lovely bathroom. This hotel's location near the harbor area was great, with plenty of options for transportation and parking. Breakfast was included and the staff was always friendly.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Great location close to restaurants and convenience stores. Spacious and clean room with comfortable seating. Bathroom was sparkling clean and had good hot water.
Room is a little run down and needs updating. No view from our room and it was a bit noisy at night.
